- Make sure you understand the impact of operating a successful food truck on your lifestyle . For many food trucks the highest potential operating times might be evenings and weekends . For others it might be early mornings .
- What is the long term plan. Is it to use a food truck as a stepping stone toward a bricks and mortar operation or another food truck .
